Persyaratan : RECEPTIONIST (REC)

Responsibilities :
· Running the reception welcoming, registering, announcing, and taking care of company guest
· Handling incoming phone calls
· Handling administration of incoming & outgoing letter

Requirements :
· Female, single, min 17 years old
· Minimum Diploma graduate from any discipline, but High School graduate (SMA/SMK) are welcome to apply
· Minimum 1 years experience
· Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
· Have good personality, appearance, attitude, hones and responsible
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
· Computer Literate

LOGISTIC ADMINISTRATOR (LOG-ADM)

Responsibilities :
1. Control and maintain the material (especially spare part)
2. Dealing with spare part receiving, storing & usage material

Requirements :
· Male/Female, min 20 years old
· Minimum Diploma Degree holder from Engineering or Accounting background
· Having experience in logistic would be advantage
· Computer literate
· Skillful in administrative tasks, accurate, and well-organized
· Willing to work hard and be managed under minimum supervision
· Have a good skill in communication to maintain relationship with supplier

MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR (MKT-ADM)

Responsibilities :
Do administrative duties to support the Marketing Department in achieving its objectives

Requirements :
· Male/Female, max 30 years old
· Diploma Degree holder from any discipline
· Min. 1 years experience in same position would be advantage
· Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
· Computer literate
· Skillful in administrative tasks, accurate, and well-organized
· Willing to work hard and be managed under minimum supervision
· Have a good skill in communication
